RESERVATIONS AND ACCOMMODATION

The management of LIANI LTD agrees to provide the services requested and paid for by the customer via online booking in full quantity and quality, based on the information provided by the customer in the booking form: customer name, period, number of nights, number of adults and children, price per night.

All customer requests entered in the “Comments” field of the reservation form will be accommodated whenever possible.

The reservation for children will only accept people who are under the stipulated age on the date of arrival.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

The pricing on LIANI LTD’s website are in Bulgarian levs (BGN and and/or EURO )which include VAT and tourism tax. The total cost payable by the customer is automatically computed based on the number of days, the number of adults and children, and the current pricing offer for the specified period.

When making online reservations, in order to guarantee and confirm the reservation, the fee one night’s stay must be paid at the time of booking by debit/credit card or, at the latest, within the time frame indicated by bank transfer
For reservations of more than 5 nights, the hotel reserves the right to request an additional cash deposit..

LIANI LTD LIANI LTD reserves the right to change the prices and special offers on its website based on demand and availability at the time. The amount payable for reservations that have already been made, confirmed, and paid for remains the same, independent of any new pricing offers.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS

In the event that a customer cancels, does not show up, or changes an already paid online reservation, LIANI LTD will reimburse the amount and charge the applicable penalty:

  • Changes to a reservation without penalty can be made up to 30 days before the check-in date.

  • Cancellation without penalty is made up to 30 days before the check-in date.

  • Changes or cancellations made after this time but no later than 24 hours before the date of accommodation will incur a penalty qual to the deposited deposit..

  • In case of changes or cancellations within 24 hours of the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation is due.

  • In case of early cancellation of the reservation, the full amount of the reservation is due.

  • A change of name on the reservation can be made until the time of arrival without penalty.

  • In the event that price discrepancies surpass 20% of the regular* price the hotel maintains the right to cancel the reservation. The customer will be alerted and given a current deal.

* The regular price is the standard price set by the merchant or manufacturer for a certain goods or service, excluding promotional periods, discounts, or reductions.

This is the price at which the product is usually sold when it is not on sale or part of a special promotion.

When refunding a paid amount, all transfer costs (bank fees and others) are borne by the customer.
Refunds for cancellations are issued within 30 days, depending on the form of payment, and are only credited to the bank account from which they were received. Your card information is handled solely by the intermediary bank and is not held by us.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment can be made in three different methods:

  1. Electronically with a debit or credit card

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, and Maestro cards. When you select this payment method, a payment page from our servicing bank (DSK) will open, allowing you to enter your card information. If you are registered with the Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode authentication systems, an authentication page from your issuing bank will appear, where you can enter your authentication password. Following a successful purchase, a transaction receipt will appear on the screen, which you can print or save.

Your card details are only used by the intermediary bank and are not stored by us.

To protect you from fraud when paying with your Visa or MasterCard, we follow the best procedures advised by international card organisations.

To ensure security when inputting and transferring card data, we use the SSL protocol to encrypt the connection between our server and our servicing bank’s payment page.

The authenticity of your card is verified by entering a security code (CVV2).

Furthermore, to identify you as a cardholder, our servicing bank’s e-commerce payment server offers international card authentication systems such as Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode, provided you are registered to use them.

At the time of online booking, the amounts mentioned will be automatically debited from your card upon completion of the payment process.

For security reasons, the maximum amount that can be paid by card is 3,000 BGN.

  1. By bank transfer

Payment of the given amount is due no later than 24 hours following the reservation. After making the payment, you must submit a copy of the payment document to book@hotel-liani.com , including the reservation number created by the system in the payment reference box.

Even if you choose to pay in cash, the mandatory nature of the advance payment remains unchanged, and in order for the reservation to be valid, it must be made in the manner specified. See “PRICES AND PAYMENT.”

IMPORTANT!

If the online reservation is not paid within the stipulated time frame, and/or a copy of the payment document is not delivered when paying by bank transfer, the reservation system will immediately cancel your reservation.

If you do not comply with this conditionLIANI LTD maintains the right to demand liabilities and penalties for both completed and unpaid reservations.

REFUNDS

If the customer cancels their reservation under the above conditions, we will refund the amount using the same payment method used for the reservation.

Refunds for credit card or bank transfer payments can only be issued to the card or bank account used to make the payment. The customer is responsible for all bank charges incurred during this transaction.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

LIANI LTD undertakes to provide the customer with the full amount of the services ordered and paid for.

LIANI LTD undertakes not to change the price of the services ordered by the customer, except in exceptional cases where this is economically justified.

LIANI LTD shall not be liable for damages caused by the actions of third parties.

Amounts paid for services purchased but not used in full or in part due to the customer’s fault will not be returned.

The customer assumes responsibility for complying with generally accepted standards of good behavior during their stay at the hotel. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with material damage to the hotel, which are determined by the hotel’s pricing list or market prices.

LIANI LTD retains the right to amend this page’s information, as well as the general terms and conditions, at any moment. Although every attempt is taken to give accurate and reliable information, this cannot always be guaranteed.

When a customer makes a reservation, it is assumed that they have read and agreed to the following general terms and conditions. Reservations made by phone, email, or via our website are considered to be a contractual relationship. Payment is deemed acceptance of the basic terms and conditions for staying at the hotel.

All disputes and legal issues originating from the use of the website that are not addressed by these general terms and conditions or the privacy policy will , be resolved in accordance with the Republic of Bulgaria’s required legislation.

The confidentiality of your personal information is of the utmost importance to us.
Data Controller: Hotel “Liani” – collects and processes personal data for the purposes of reservations to fulfill your request, and for the purposes of guest management, payments, invoicing, and marketing/promotional activities. Your data may be transferred to other controlled or affiliated companies. The data is not disclosed publicly.
Data processor: Our booking system provider is authorized to act as a “processor” of personal data on our behalf.

DATA PRIVACY

Our company will not, under any circumstances, disclose, publish, sell, or exchange your personal data or the information entrusted to us. In exceptional cases, we may also disclose your personal data to third parties in order to:

  • To comply with a court order or other legal obligation, or when the data is requested by government or law enforcement authorities;
  • To enforce our Terms of Use and any other agreements;
  • We protect the rights of Hotel Liani. This may involve sharing information with other companies and organizations for the purpose of fraud prevention and credit risk mitigation.

DATA RETENTION

We store your personal information in our systems for as long as necessary to offer the relevant services or to achieve the goals outlined in this Privacy Policy. We may also be required to keep certain types of data for a longer amount of time in order to comply with legal obligations, or to keep data anonymously for statistical purposes.

COMMISSION FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
